CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

1.1 Unused and Unopened Items: To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received them. It should also be in the original packaging.

1.2 Timeframe: You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
